Taiga 130 residential log cabin

The Taiga residential log cabin model has a clear floor plan with a 42 m² kitchen-living room with a high landscape window in the middle of the house. At one end of the single-story house are three bedrooms and at the other end are a study, sauna area, utility room, and corner terrace with two entrances. The functional floor plan can be customized according to the customer's wishes.

PolarHouse’s thermal prefab residential log cabin refers to a wooden chalet delivered as a prefabricated unit, which is assembled in dry factory conditions and transported to the construction site as a ready-made solution. Unlike traditional solid and laminated log constructions, where logs are laid one by one, PolarHouse’s prefab log cabins allow for faster and more efficient construction, thanks to a higher level of pre-completion. 

The Taiga model can be adapted into a luxury holiday villa

The floor plan of the Milis Chalet rental villa is based on the Taiga 130 model. However, PolarHouse's design service expanded the floor plan to a 153-square-meter vacation villa that can accommodate 10–15 people at a time. The five-bedroom villa is located in Ylläsjärvi, close to the ski center and other services.
