BENEFIT 3

Walls delivered as prefabricated elements. Windows in place in the elements

The wall and gable elements are manufactured and insulated carefully under dry, warm conditions at the factory. The gable elements, too, are provided with internal and external cladding and windows at the factory. The walls maintain their elegance without sinking or cracking.

BENEFIT 4

Completely insulated windows

In addition to a wool seal between the window casing and window frame, a cellular rubber seal is mounted inside the window to make the window very draught-free.

BENEFIT 5

Customised design of the house at the offer stage

PolarHouse already takes the customer’s wishes into consideration when making the offer. From the drawings enclosed with the offer, the customer receives a correct picture of the final outcome. The offer is accurate and easy to read.

BENEFIT 6

A really warm corner. Wind break board extending all the way to the corner

The corner thermal insulation, too, is installed in the factory and not under the changing weather conditions of the building site. Thanks to ready-installed corner insulation, the house can be erected fast and the corner is draught-free.

1. Good thermal insulation at the corners ensures that the house is warm. The wind break board extends all the way to the corner.
2. Special insulation also in the inner corners of the element.
